1. PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION
The Platform collects personal information to enable account creation, verification, and communication. This includes full name, email address, phone number, and OTP verification logs. Users consent to the collection and use of such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
2. PROFILE AND BUSINESS DATA
Entrepreneur accounts require submission of business documents, verification forms, and other relevant details. Personal and business information is used solely for verification purposes and is accessible only to authorised personnel. Inaccurate or incomplete submissions may result in rejection of Entrepreneur status.
3. TRANSACTIONAL DATA
The Platform records ticket purchases, payment confirmations, and related transaction history. All payments are processed via PrestoConnect, and the Platform does not retain sensitive payment credentials beyond what is necessary for transaction processing.
4. EVENT DATA
Event registrations, attendance records, and ticket history are stored to facilitate event management and compliance. Users’ event participation information may be used to improve the Platform experience but will not be shared externally without consent unless required by law.
5. REFERRAL DATA
Referral program participation and invite tracking are recorded to calculate rewards, monitor program integrity, and prevent misuse.
6. DEVICE AND APP DATA
The Platform collects technical data, including device type, operating system, and app usage analytics. This information helps optimise app performance, detect errors, and improve user experience.
7. MARKETING PREFERENCES
Personal data (such as name, email address, phone number, and preferences) may be used to send users:
• newsletter, product and service updates, and promotional offers;
• information about upcoming events, community activities, or third-party products and services that may be of interest to them.
Users may opt in or out of marketing communications. Preference settings are stored in the account and respected across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
8. DATA RETENTION
Accounts that are soft-deleted retain certain data for operational and legal compliance purposes. Users may request permanent deletion of personal information by contacting customer support. The Platform will take reasonable steps to erase all user data, subject to legal or regulatory obligations.
9. THIRD-PARTY SHARING
Information may be shared with:·
• PrestoConnect for payment processing·
• Event Organizers / Training Providers / Strategic Partners / Business Collaborators / Affiliates: To enable registration, participation, and follow-up communications.
• Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, lawful requests, or court orders.
• Analytics and technical service providers
• Regulatory authorities as required by law
No data will be sold or shared for commercial marketing without explicit user consent.
10. DATA SECURITY
The Platform implements reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal data. While we strive to secure all information, absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
11. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or the Platform’s functionality. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
12. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Privacy Policy are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia for the resolution of any disputes arising under or in connection with this Privacy Policy.
