TERMS OF USE – THE ROBINHOOD CLUB

1.         ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using The Robinhood Club platform (“Platform”), including our website and mobile applications, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered members, and those browsing events, articles, or other content on the Platform.

2.         PLATFORM SCOPE
The Platform consists of the Robinhood Club website and the mobile applications available on the Apple App Store, Google Play, and Huawei AppGallery. All features, functionality, content, and services available through the Platform are subject to these Terms. Users must comply with all applicable app store rules and agreements in addition to these Terms.

3.         USER ACCOUNTS
3.1       REGISTRATION AND VERIFICATION
To access certain features of the Platform, including event registration and ticket purchases, users are required to create an account by providing personal information, including full name, email address, and phone number. Users must verify their account through a one-time password (OTP) sent to the registered phone number or email. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and currency of their account information. Providing false information may result in suspension or termination of the account.
3.2       TYPES OF MEMBERSHIP
The Platform supports two types of membership: Individual Users and Entrepreneur Accounts. Individual Users have standard access to browsing, content, and event participation. Entrepreneur Accounts require verification of submitted business documents, and approval is granted at the Platform’s discretion. The Platform reserves the right to reject or revoke Entrepreneur status if verification is incomplete or inaccurate.
3.3       ACCOUNT TERMINATION
Users may request account termination at any time. Upon termination, the account is soft-deleted, meaning that while login access is disabled, certain data may be retained for operational, compliance, or legal purposes. The Platform may also suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or for suspicious activity.

4.         APP USAGE CONDITIONS
The Robinhood Club mobile applications may require periodic updates to ensure optimal functionality and security. Users may be required to update their app to continue usage. Additionally, the Platform may undergo maintenance or temporary service disruptions. The Platform is not liable for any inconvenience or losses caused by downtime, maintenance, or delayed feature availability.

5.         REFERRAL PROGRAM
Users may invite friends to join the Platform through referral links provided in the app. Abuse, manipulation, or fraudulent use of the referral system is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension, termination, or loss of referral rewards. The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program at any time without notice.

6.         CONTENT AND FEED
All content, including articles, community updates, and notifications on the Platform, is provided for informational purposes. Users agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without prior written consent. The Platform reserves the right to remove any content or restrict access to users who misuse or violate these Terms.

7.         EVENTS AND PARTICIPATIONUsers may browse, register, and attend both physical and virtual events through the Platform. Participation is subject to event-specific rules, ticketing requirements, and any additional terms set by the organiser. Users must comply with all obligations associated with ticket purchases and event attendance. The Platform is not responsible for the execution or delivery of events beyond providing access and information through the Platform.

8.         PAYMENTSAll transactions on the Platform, including ticket purchases, are processed through a third-party payment gateway, PrestoConnect. Users agree that the Platform is not responsible for payment failures, banking errors, or technical issues beyond its reasonable control. Payments are only considered complete once confirmed by the payment processor.

9.         APP DISTRIBUTIONThe Platform is distributed through official app stores. Users must comply with the terms and policies of each app store in addition to these Terms. Links to download the apps:·

10.       LIMITATION OF LIABILITYTo the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform and its affiliates, partners, and service providers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to:·       Service downtime·       Event cancellations or delays·       Payment failures or transaction errors·       Third-party services and content
